Similarly, teach the older women to live in a way that honors God. They must not slander others or be heavy drinkers. [a] Instead, they should teach others what is good. These older women must train the younger women to love their husbands and their children, to live wisely and be pure, to work in their homes, [b] to do good, and to be submissive to their husbands. Then they will not bring shame on the word of God.
(Titus 2:3-5 NLT)
The aim and iterative mission of WBC Women’s ministry will be to serve the holistic woman. We are dedicated to glorifying God by touching the hearts of women, encouraging them to open and study their bibles, applying God’s truth to their daily lives and to commit to prayer without ceasing. Producing Women of good character, who’s lifestyles identify them as daughters of God.
To strengthen women through continual spiritual growth and maturity. To fellowship with one another and to be an example of Jesus Christ with family, friends and others. To challenge women to put what they’ve learned into practice and use it to serve God and others through outreach, missions and evangelism. To prioritize their lives according to God’s instruction. To equip women with the Armor of God, employing them to live abundant lives spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally and relationally.
