Westside Angel Tree
“Wrapped in Love”

“Wrapped in Love” is Westside’s Angel Tree initiative to support our members this Christmas season. If your family needs assistance, please contact your assigned deacon. If you’d like to help, you can be an angel to a family this year by stopping by the Angel Tree at the Edmonds Lane foyer.

Participation Options

1. WBC Members May Request a Gift
Dates: Monday, November 2 – Sunday, November 8

1. Check your email for instructions from your deacon on how to request gifts.
2. Didn’t receive the email? Contact your deacon to let him know.

2. Angels Available for Selection 
Dates: Sunday, November 8 – Sunday, November 22

1. Angel tags will be placed on the Angel Tree located in the Edmonds Lane foyer for members to select.
2. For confidentiality, each Angel has an ID number printed on the Angel Tag.

3. Select and Check Out an Angel

1. Select an Angel tag (or tags) from the Angel Tree.
2. Check-out your tag selection(s): At the Angels Station, you will write your name, contact information, and the selected Angel ID number(s) on the sign-up sheet.
3. A volunteer will be there to assist you with checkout.

4. Return Your Gift
Deadline: December 6

1. Return the gift unwrapped, so parents can wrap their child’s gifts.
2. Attach the Angel Tag to the gift(s).
3. Return gifts by December 6. The return date is also printed on the back of the Angel Tag. Deacon wives and volunteers will be at the Angels Station table in the Edmonds Lane foyer to receive gifts.

5. Give a Monetary Donation
Option A: Give online

1. Go to wbcchurch.org or open the Westside (Lewisville) Giving app.
2. Select “Give.”
3. Select “Give Now.”
4. From the drop-down, choose “Angel Tree.”

Option B: Give with an offering envelope

1. Write “Angel Tree” on your offering envelope.
