Deacon Dr. Patrick Bradley
Deacon Dr. Patrick Bradley serves as Minister of Worship & Creative Arts at Westside Baptist Church in Lewisville, Texas. Gifted by God, Dr. Bradley has dedicated his life to ministry through music—teaching, composing, writing, and traveling across the United States proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ through song.
Dr. Bradley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education (Piano) from Point Loma Nazarene University, a Master of Arts in Worship Leadership, graduating with highest honors, from Dallas Baptist University. He was awarded a Doctorate in Music and Ministry from Eastern Conservatory of Music and Bell Grove Theological Seminary.
A respected leader in gospel music, Dr. Bradley has transformed the worship culture at Westside Baptist Church. Under his visionary leadership, the choirs have grown into a dynamic far-reaching ministry, with members commissioned not merely as singers, but as Ministers of Music.
In addition to his work at Westside, Dr. Bradley serves as:
- Director of Music at Paul Quinn College
- Music Director of the Texas Mass Choir
- Minister of Music for the Dallas Chapter of the Gospel Music Workshop of America (GMWA), Inc.
- Faculty member and songwriter for GMWA
- Instructor with the African American Fellowship of the Baptist General Convention of Texas
Dr. Bradley is a contributing writer to the hymnals Lead Me, Guide Me and Total Praise, and has written and presented original works at the Hampton Ministers Conference.
As a recording artist, he led Westside Baptist Church’s first CD project, One Witness (2013), which received four Rhythm of Gospel Awards, including Traditional Choir of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Artist of the Year, and CD of the Year. The choir also appeared nationally on BET’s Bobby Jones Gospel.

Dr. Bradley reached a historic milestone when he performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City on April 26, 2026.
Dr. Bradley is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. He and his wife, Traci, are the proud parents of their son, Josiah Troy Bradley. Together, they remain committed to serving God, the Church, and the community through lives marked by faith, excellence, and worship.
