Bell is a graduate of John Tyler High School and Tyler Junior College. He has pastored Hebron Baptist Church and serves as pastor of First Missionary Baptist Church since March 2006. Pastor Bell believes that as believers in Christ, we should all exalt the Savior, Equip the Saints, and we will be able to evangelize the sinner. His favorite scripture is Matthew 6:33.
